Where and how are Devano shoes made?
Each pair of Devano is meticulously handcrafted by trained artisans & craftsmen over several hours & sometimes, even several days.
We are proud to be made in India.
What materials do you use?
A lot of the pairs at Devano are made using vegan leather & high quality fabric. However, we are continuously innovating to use newer, more conscious materials in our products.
Do all your style fit the same?
All our shoes are crafted based on international sizing conventions & are at par with most other brands. Please refer to the size chart below for comparison & the fit note on the product page.

How to measure foot length?
- Place your foot on a sheet of paper or against a wall. Mark the distance between the toe & the heel. Measure it & compare with the chart.
- If you are a half size or fall in between two sizes, we suggest you to take the bigger size.

What if the size I order does not fit me?
All our shoes are crafted as per standard sizing systems & you can refer to the size chart for your correct size. In case the shoes do not fit you on trial, we’d suggest to raise a size exchange request by logging in to your account or drop us an email on customercare@devanostudio.com with your order number and fit issues & we’ll take it from there. Please refer to the return & exchange guidelines for further details.
Ordering, Delivery & Returns
Where can I shop for Devano shoes?
We retail authentic Devano shoes only through our website & offline pop-ups, announced regularly on our website & social media channels & our partner marketplaces. Please check our partners & stockist page for more details.
How can I order from the website?
Browse through our collections page and select the styles you like & add them to cart in your size. Proceed to checkout by entering your correct shipping details & selecting the mode of payment via Paytm Wallet, Credit/Debit Card, UPI or Cash on Delivery.
What are the payment options available? Are they safe?
Purchasing & making payments on our website are 100% secured as we use the official Paytm payments gateway. Feel free to choose any payment option available during checkout from Paytm Wallet, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery.
What are the terms of shipping?
All your orders are shipped within 48 hours for in-stock items. We use reliable courier partners for servicing most of the pin-codes across India. Shipping charges are applicable for orders under 2499. Please check our shipping details page for more information.
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, we do provide international shipping. Please write to us at customercare@devanostudio.com with the styles that you’d like to buy & your shipping details. Customs, brokerage, duties & any other taxes & charges levied by the destination country will be borne by the customer.
Exchange/ return is not possible for international orders.
How will I know when my order is shipped? How can I check my order status?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number on your email ID once your order has been shipped. We’ll be happy to track your shipment and offer any assistance you may require post ordering. Simply drop us a mail on customercare@devanostudio.com with your order number.
How much time will it take for me to receive my shoes?
We dispatch your pairs within 48 hours of receiving the order. It takes around 3- working days for the delivery of shipment depending on your location in India.
You can opt for express shipping or one day delivery (only within Delhi-NCR) while checking out, charged additionally for quicker delivery. Serviceability may vary depending on your location.
The shipping time for out of stock products is longer and we will keep you informed about the approximate delivery date post ordering. There might be a delay in deliveries during national holidays and festivals. Please refer to our shipping policy page for more details.
I want to return my shoes. How do I go about it?
We invest a great deal of time & love in crafting each pair to perfection so we hope you fall in love with them at first sight as well. However, due to any reason if you wish to return your order, please raise a request by logging in to your account or drop us an email on customercare@devanostudio.com with your order number & we’ll take it from there.

Gift Card
How do I purchase a gift card?
You can directly purchase a gift card from our website here.
Once you’ve completed the payment, the gift card will be emailed to you on your registered email ID with a code to redeem.
Where & how can I redeem the gift card?
You can redeem the gift card only on our website during checkout. Please enter the gift card code & the amount will be deducted from your order.
Please note - Only one gift card can be redeemed on one order.
What is the validity of a gift card?
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Can I partially redeem a gift card?
Yes, you can partially redeem a gift card and the remaining balance can be redeemed for a later purchase using the same code.
Can I return a gift card/ exchange it for cash?
No return or exchange is possible on gift cards under any circumstances.
