Shipping policy

A standard delivery charge of Rs 100 is applied to all orders below the price of Rs 999, unless we are running a promotion. All orders above Rs 999 will be shipped free. All items of the order may or may not be shipped together depending upon the availability. You can opt for express shipping or one day delivery (only within Delhi-NCR) at an additional cost while checking out.

For international orders, shipping charges will be applicable during checkout & all duties or clearance charges upon arrival of the shipment at your destination country will be borne by the customer. Delivery timeline can vary between 5-30 days based on your location. Please write to us at customercare@devanostudio.com for exact cost & timelines for your specific location. 

All our packages are shipped using reliable and efficient courier partners across all major cities and most pin codes in India where our range of delivery partners provide their services. Standard Delivery times can vary from 3-10 business days as per your specified location at the time of making the purchase. In case the shipment is getting delayed beyond our standard time, we will inform you about the same or you can write to us at customercare@devanostudio.com.

Deliveries may incur delays during national holidays, festival periods and on weekends.

Any update/change/rectification of the shipping address or re-routing to an address other than the shipping address specified at the time of purchase will be charged extra to be borne by the customer. Please write to us at customercare@devanostudio.com for the same.

All products are shipped from our warehouse in perfect condition, i.e., after a thorough quality check and passing a comprehensive checklist by our team. They are then properly packaged to ensure the package reaches you safely. In case this is not the case, please get in touch with us at customercare@devanostudio.com.
