Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to request a return of the purchased product(s) within 3 days from receiving the order. If you fail to do so, the brand can refuse any returns and/or associated refunds for the item(s) of your order, part or whole.
We issue store credits for the refund amount which can be used for any future purchase (including sale items) within one year from the date of issue. The refund will be processed within 24 hours from approval of refund as mentioned below. Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. We arrange the return pickup once your request is processed and a flat fee of Rs 150 per style returned is deducted for the same.
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please go to your registered account and select cancel order or write to us with your order number and cancellation request on email@example.com. All cancellations should be done within 24 hours. The brand reserves the right to refuse your cancellation request made after 24 hours and any associated refund. Refunds for cancelled orders are made in full and will be processed within 24 hours. However, in usual process, the bank takes up to 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account as per their policy.
No cancellation/exchange/return/refund on custom orders and for items purchased during sale or at a markdown or using a discount code or during a promotional offer.
In case of size issues, you can request an exchange of the product(s) for a smaller or a bigger size within 3 days of the receipt of order. If you fail to do so, the brand can refuse exchange/ refund requests.
In order to return/ exchange the item(s) in your order, you can place a request on our website after logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest, please write to us with your request and order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care executive will assist you in the same. The same is applicable for orders purchased at the store.
Reverse pick up may take up to 3 days. In case you want the order to be picked up from another location within the same shipping country, there will be an additional charge of Rs 300 to be paid by the customer for which we will share a payment link prior to pickup.
All products returned for any reason should be in their complete original packaging and in the same condition they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all parts, unused, and any included manuals, special packaging and labels and tags still attached to the products.
Once we receive the goods, our quality check team will check all returned products to ensure they are in perfect conditions; the product(s) should not be worn/damaged, the sole should not have any marks, abrasions, etc and there should be no marks on the upper or any other part of the product returned. In case the package received is incomplete or product is damaged/worn/altered in any way, you will be charged for any loss of value of the product, and receive no refund/ a part refund, to be decided at complete discretion of the brand, which will be final and binding on the customer. This also applies for size exchange requests. Devano reserves the right to refuse the return/ exchange/ refund request, if any of the above conditions are not met.
In case of cancelled orders, refund is processed by the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, debit card, PayTm etc) or by bank transfer. The company will not accept any claim from customers for delay in refunding the payment due to procedural delay or reasons beyond our control. In case, there is a delay or a problem with the refund, please write to us at email@example.com with your request.
For size exchanges, we will ship your product in your requested size. This can take up to 2 days for products that are in stock. For goods that are not in stock, it may take longer. Standard shipping time will be 3-10 days and all other terms of shipping remain the same as stated in the Shipping Policy page above. If we are not able to provide your requested size, we will let you know and provide you a refund or store credits for the same as per our refund policy.
For returns/exchanges at the store as well, the above mentioned process will be followed. For size exchanges, your requested size will be given to you immediately if it is available in stock, otherwise we will ship the same to your specified location.
We ensure that the products are shipped out in perfect condition and under protective packaging. In a situation where the received products are damaged, non-compliant, faulty or incorrect, you may apply for a refund or replacement of the purchased goods within 48 hours or 2 days from the receipt of the order. We request you to send us an email with your order number on firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the product and the package received highlighting the fault/damage. Our customer care executive will assist you in replacing the product or issuing a refund after examination of your request and ensuring that it is it legible according to our policies. We reserve the right to refund faulty products after conducting all quality controls to assess actual non-conformities.
If the non-conformity of the product is confirmed, we will process the refund as stated above.
Other non – returnable items include gift cards that are purchased or gifted to you by a third person. In case, the product(s) are marked as gifts or are gifted to you, any return/exchange request will have to be taken up by the person who has purchased the same. We will not be able to assist you otherwise. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, any return/exchange requests will be subject to the above mentioned terms. Additionally, you will receive store credits for the value of your return accepted instead of a monetary refund.
Any return/ size exchange/ refund request may or may not attract an additional charge for processing the return request. This is will be at the complete discretion of the brand and can be revised from time to time without any prior notice or information. Please check the returns and refunds page for updates before placing the order. Any person(s) found engaging in frequent returns/exchanges may be blacklisted from placing any further orders or any other activities at the complete discretion of the brand and when deemed necessary. We will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by the same. Your continued use of our website shows acceptance of these terms.
